Braidens Development and Services Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services or paying an invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.

2. Service Provision & Agreements

• Custom Agreements: We may enter into specific verbal or written agreements regarding profit-sharing, referral splits, or custom development. These agreements are binding once an invoice is issued or a written confirmation is sent.
• Third-Party Services: We may use third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google). You agree to abide by their respective terms in addition to ours.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Debt

• Invoicing: All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend any active services if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 days.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the service or credit has been processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Braiden’s Development and Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or third-party hosting issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation before seeking legal arbitration.
